Returns & Refunds Policy

At Holistyle Catholic Shop, each item is created with prayer, purpose, and care. Because our products are made to order, we accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:

We accept returns or replacements if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • There is a printing error or manufacturing defect

  • There is a shipping-related issue (lost or damaged in transit)

Timeframe:
Requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

Requirements:

  • Contact us by email

  • Provide clear photos showing the issue

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

Once approved, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

We do NOT accept returns for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Color preference changes

  • Change of mind

  • Custom or personalized items

All items are made to order with intention and care.

Wholesale Orders

All wholesale or bulk orders are considered final sale, except in cases of confirmed defects or production errors. Any issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
